Hentai's actions revolve around two alchemist girls - Colette and Priscilla, who live deep in the mountains. Priscilla invented her own special alchemical formula in which men's sperm is actively used. She leads a very aloof and extremely lazy daily life, sharing some of her knowledge with her student Colette. However, soon a stranger appears on the threshold and Priscilla is forced to leave the mountain soon, leaving all the responsibilities to her student. Although Colette already had excellent alchemical skills and she did most of the tinctures and potions with her eyes closed, collecting sperm left her with some doubts.
